Additional services such as electricity, internet, table, chairs, etc will be available through event vendors and are not included in sponsorship package pricing. All sponsorship items offered are subject to deadlines. Deadline checklist will be provided with Exhibitor Service Manual, unless specific with sponsorship contract. Items not received by the specified deadline will be considered void. Additional sponsor registrations can be purchased at the special rate of $295 per person. |
