The typical trade show booth visit usually involves a brief rundown of the product or service being featured, a few handshakes and a tchotchke with the company logo on it. You can expect something far more engaging at the Precise Leads booth at the 2015 LeadsCon New York show later this month. For Precise Leads, the LeadsCon show floor is about creating an experience.
We recently caught up with Precise Leads CEO Antonio Franzese for a brief Q&A. Along with explaining why a visit to the Precise Leads booth will be a far different experience, he also talked a bit about the exciting future he sees for his company and what he sees ahead for the lead generation market.
Tell us a bit about what Precise Leads will be showcasing at their booth for LeadsCon.
Franzese: We prefer building relationships to handing out pamphlets, so rather than putting together a traditional trade show booth, our team always places a huge emphasis on creating unique and fun experiences for convention attendees. This gives us the opportunity to draw people in, break the ice and engage them face-to-face. That way, they walk away with our name in their heads instead of marketing materials in their pocket.
What excites you most about the future for your company?
Franzese: What excites me most about the future for Precise Leads is the fact that we are exponentially growing our proprietary knowledge base and analytics every single day and more specifically at all functional levels of the core business. What this really means is that whether you’re selling the apples or apple cart, the levels of efficiency we’re seeing throughout our entire business process is fascinating. I am enlightened every day to know that there is always room for improvement, and as with data, it’s always a reminder to make our best efforts in utilizing all available resources all the time!
What do you see as the major trends worth keeping an eye on in this market over the next few years?
Franzese: I predict we will continue to see companies succeeding with inbound calls and warm transfers in greater numbers than ever before. Businesses are looking to optimize contact rates, and they’re finding the surest path to success involves engaging live consumers who have expressed strong intent. It’s a natural evolution, and Precise Leads is expanding our inbound calls and live transfers programs to handle what we anticipate to be very high demand.
